UMNO prevents Hindu prayers before public performance of Bharathanatiyam Classical dance at the Taman Budaya Public Auditorium Ipoh (NST 04/06/08 pg 17).


UMNO’s The National Unity, Culture and Arts UMNO Minister has interfered and infringed Article 11 of the Federal Constitution which guarantees freedom of religion. When even the National Unity UMNO Minister approve of this, how are we to promote racial harmony, national unity and racial integration. Even such a small scale dance programme like this can be acted against with racism and religious extremism. Reject UMNO in the 2012/13 General Elections once and for all.
