Dr.Mahathir is either speaking purely out of lack off information or purely ambitous to garner the Malay Muslim support since he has left UMNO. He need to state his point of view to the Malays so they know where he stands on the Malay Supremesi issue. But he failed to understand that Makkal Sakthi is actually anti BN-UMNO dictatorship. It has nothing to do with malays or being racist. It was the arrogance of UMNO who assumed they could manipulate this country and it's people to serve their personal interest. So the people needed to unite to bring down this empire. To unite a force you first need to find a common issue.
The indians who just happened to be tamils for the obvious reasons united to fight againts this discrimination.
It was the discrimination towards the minority that led to the fall of 5 states to the opposition. The Umno arrogance that made the malays vote againts BN. Many who went out there to vote for the opposition was not because they believe in them but because they wanted BN to learn a lesson.
There is a movement brewing towards boy cotting Petronas. I have been reading on this matter alot lately and I find that this is the most influntial action to take. Increasing 41% ni a big blow for the nation. Even the middle class feel the pinch. Imagine the lower income group. There is alot more to it. I'll post it when i have the time.

The tendency to Tamil to worship and glorify many Tamil leaders who inept and incompetent but the serve their personal interest but indirectly bring the community as whole and the sowing the seeds destruction slowly and gradually is like time bomb but many naively ignore or brush. The biggest culprit are egotistic Tamil leaders who sway and play on the emotions of tamils and pander to submission so need play to their tun. The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Karunnaidi, Our own "Robert Mugabe" Samy Vellu, Prabakaran LTTE ( invoke the biggest suicidal annihilation on false hope of state of tamil ellam) and 'foreigner' Jayalaitha (she is not Tamil a Kannada managing Tamil, M.G.Ramachandran a Malayalee - Malayalee are arrogrant and look upon Tamil as stupid sentimentalist who are gullible to sweet and emotional lullabies( Tamil song) using tamil resources to develop Kerala into educated and literate. Kerala people are more, when they came to Malaya to work estate clerks and so on.
Ceylonese Tamil are also same who are educated Jaffna and work to success to change their life.

An award be given the most racist in the world and he qualifies to that degree, only of his plot and dishing crumbs to the Tamil/Indian community, So crumbs thrown at the Tamil community are not properly reach them with like AIMSTI(MIED) and Tafe College are in debts, because Samy Vellu and cronies have a hand in making themselves rich out of the Tamil communities' miseries. How smart he thinks he geting voted in so before the Umno Assembly. We know tactics so stay in power die in power, not choosing a suitable substiture (anyway there are none in MIC that are competent, only play communal politic ( goundar, pillai, kalar, tundaman, nadar,vandiyar, odiyar and kalingarayar etc,)
So I think we Tamil Indian have to chart a new course and decide before it is too late. I am wondering how are we going move from our morbid past and see a ray of light of hope and something we can cheer or be proud about.
